The pillows were so comfy i got a fantastic night's sleep! the staff were friendly and super helpful. the room was really big. That was so nice!

The car park fees felt really high. They just added it to my bill automatically! i parked on the street to avoid the charge, but they still tried to charge me! the bed sheet had some sort of stain on it. the fruit and wine i had booked for the room didn't arrive until i called down!

the room was a good size. i appreciated how spotlessly clean it was. i used the leisure facilities and found them well kept. i was able to enjoy a swim in the pool (it felt very refreshing).

the room was quite small. storing luggage proved difficult. stacking suitcases became necessary. the cold water tap in the bath was broken.
