I was told that the Groupon deal covered a standard room. Reception staff seemed unaware of this specific deal. Staff. On top of this, I incurred an extra charge of £7.25 for food. The origin of this charge remains unclear.

The pillows were so comfy i got a fantastic night's sleep! the staff were friendly and super helpful. the room was really big. That was so nice!

The car park fees felt really high. They just added it to my bill automatically! i parked on the street to avoid the charge, but they still tried to charge me! the bed sheet had some sort of stain on it. the fruit and wine i had booked for the room didn't arrive until i called down!
